U Minh Thuong National Park is a wet land that located about 40km away from Rach Gia City – Kien Giang Province – The Mekong Delta. It’s a massive park that home to thousand of fish and birds.
As a Fixer in Vietnam, I traveled there with my clients to film the park making the Mekong Atlas. The park is not very popular to tourists and only local people come here during weekend.
Visitors can take a boat trip about 3 hours to get deeper into the forest and watch thousand of birds there. It’s a great place for scientists, bird watcher.. to visit.
